Advance Engineering offer our customers extensive knowledge and experience in the design, manufacture and installation of Internal and external staircases. 

The design of a stairway is primarily governed by the intended purpose, the anticipated frequency and the volume of usage.

Whether it’s for general access, fire escape stairs, spiral stairs or helical to tanks, Advance Engineering has a solution for you. 

When predominantly for industrial locations these tend to be mild steel galvanised finish, however, various other materials and finishes are available if required. However complicated your access requirement may be we can design a safe, practical and economical solution.

Various tread options & handrail/balustrade options are available.

 

Internal Steel Staircases 

Access stairs are also required internally. As experienced staircase manufacturers we can design and install bespoke access solutions that fit the needs of any particular project. Often stairs are designed and manufactured in modular form, reducing installation time on site, therefore staircases can be delivered to you and installed safely on site especially where access is an issue.

External Staircases 

Steel staircases are the perfect solution for external projects thanks to their low maintenance and weather resistance features. Our steel external access stairs can be produced in a variety of different materials including, mild steel, stainless steel. External steel staircases are often needed for cooling towers, pumping stations or other large tanks. We can work with the existing structure to ensure that access is made as easy as possible. The design and finish of our external stairs can be created to blend in with surroundings and other external furnishings.

Access & Platforms

Advance Engineering design manufacture, and install all types of maintenance and access platforms and walkways. We are able to design, manufacture and install the supporting steelwork structure, including calculations to suit your specific locations, thus providing safe access.  
We evaluate environmental and operator safety factors in all of our steel platform and walkway designs to ensure the integrity of the structure design and customer satisfaction.
Our Steel platforms and walkways can be provided with our range of industrial open mesh or solid flooring options, incorporating any of our handrail or balustrade systems.
